How much advanced notice do you require?

All Private Engagements require 1-2 weeks advance notice, depending on party size & event details.

Special Events & Collabs range from 3 weeks advance notice.

Classes & Content Development require 1 month advance notice.

Do you do in-home private dinners?

Yes!! What a treat to cook for someone in the comfort of their own home!!

What is your minimum charge for private events/dinners?

Excellent question! It varies based upon each event/dinner. Regardless of party size (2 or 25 people), please keep in mind that each event/dinner contains an estimate of 22-46 hours of work, including: kick-off call, statement of work, approvals, custom menu development & finalization, staffing, procurement, prep, on-site cooking/preparation, closing, clean-up, administrative tasks, and more.

Are you only in NYC?

No - Depending upon the dinner, event, or special occasion, I travel within a 2-3 hour range to NY, NJ, CT, PA, and MA areas. For locations outside of those, with adequate planning ahead of time, I’m happy to accommodate. Feel free to ask!

Do you take weekly, recurring clients?

Yes! The duration is based on contract & those days are reserved for you.

Do you do any special diets work?

Absolutely! I have clients that are vegan, vegetarian, dairy free, gluten free, low salt content, reduced sugar, pescatarian, plant based, and allium-free.

Do you have menu examples I can see?

Yes!! Please ask me. :)

Do you do delivery?

Yes - within Manhattan and Brooklyn. This requires an additional charge of a delivery fee to cover the driver’s labor.

What is your favorite thing to eat?
