  • Welcome Cocktail: Chamisul Fresh Soju, Yakult, Lemon-Lime Soda

  • Amuse: “Deviled Eggs” — Deviled Eggs with Nori Cream, Wasabi Tobiko Flakes, Pickles

  • Appetizer: “Ceviche”— Housemade Kimchi, Calamari, Shrimp, Citrus, Serrano Peppers, Cilantro, Perilla Leaves from Lani’s Farm

  • Bread Course: Mazzola Bakery’s Signature Lard Bread & Asiago and Provolone Loaf, Housemade Green Garlic Butter, Icelandic Black Lava Salt

  • Main Course: Crab & Mango Agnolotti in Citrus Soubise alongside Market Greens Salad — Handmade Agnolotti Stuffed with Crab, Mango & Boursin in a Citrus & Vidalia Onion Cream Sauce, Hidden Acre Farm’s Mixed Greens, Garlic Chives, Moscato-Shallot Vinaigrette
